Master of Arts in New Testament

Master of Arts in New Testament

Improve your ability to interpret New Testament texts.

The Master of Arts in New Testament is designed to equip you with an advanced academic foundation in New Testament studies. Our academically rigorous program will train you how to think, not what to think.

You will gain proficiency in appropriate exegetical tools and languages, as well as a broad understanding of textual and theological issues. You will improve in your ability to interpret a variety of New Testament texts, understanding them within their larger cultural and theological contexts.

Note: This program will prepare you well for further study in a Ph.D. program or to pursue a career in teaching or ministry.

Program Highlights:

This 48-credit hour resident graduate program in ministry is designed to be completed in less than three years. It offers:

  • Coursework can include Intermediate Greek, Exegetical Seminar in the Gospels, Acts, Epistles, and more.
